We wanted to upgrade from our 2 bedroom, one bathroom townhouse to a house. Brad came over to review the townhouse before we were ever ready to start looking. He sat us down and explained his process and told us the few things we should fix/update before putting the house on the market. Around this  time Brad set a possible sale price. He also set us up for getting the housing matrix just so we could see what was out there. While we weren’t ready to sell/move yet Brad was still wanting us to look at houses. He recommended that we increase the price range just because we were probably missing out on house we could afford that were nicer (ex: instead of capping out at 50,000 increased it to 75,000 to see houses listed 51-60K). Fast forward 5 months and we were ready to sell. Brad increased our sales price by 10K based on the market trend and the updates we made to the house. He told us to give it about 5 days. We sold it in about 8 hours. Brad recommended that we wait to buy our house after we sold. We listened and found our current house the first day we looked. We were one of multiple bids. We listed to Brad advice and trusted his negotiation skills to get the house we really wanted. Not only did the sellers accept our bid, but Brad got it within our price range and sealed the deal around midnight. I feel that had we used another realtor we would not be in the house right now. The whole looking and buying process was about 40 hours. Brad listen to our wants and needs and was able to make recommendations based on them. He worked with us for 5 months before we were even ready to sell. As a first time seller and buyer he walked us through the process and was always quick to answer our questions (by email, phone, or text). I would and have recommended him to other people looking to sell and buy.

We are very impressed with how hard he worked for us, we felt as if we were his only client! He was extremely flexible with his schedule, would meet you at his office, your home, your place of work, just wherever was most convenient for you. If he was unable to answer his phone, he called you back  within minutes. He would respond to emails very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions.
